Tebimosa Pharmaceuticals is hiring an experienced Délégué Médical in the Grand North region of Cameroon. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct medical visits, product promotion, and advisory sessions with healthcare professionals
  • Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and contraindications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Plan and manage field visits based on defined action plans
  • Collect, analyze, and report field insights including pharmacovigilance data
  • Organize and participate in medical events, conferences, and training sessions
  • Prepare activity reports and monitor performance results
  • Conduct competitive analysis and share market insights with management
  • Develop and implement sector-level action plans aligned with company goals

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a medical representative
  • Minimum education level: Bac+2
  • Fluent in French
  • Must be from or based in the Grand North region
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
