Job Overview

The Data Center Operations Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and day‑to‑day management of Microsoft’s data center facilities in Cameroon, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of critical cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of data center hardware, networking, and power systems.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure uptime and service level agreements.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions for any service disruptions.
• Coordinate capacity planning, equipment upgrades, and expansion projects aligned with business growth.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for third‑party providers.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, environmental regulations, and corporate governance.
