Job Overview

The Chief Pharmaceutical Quality Officer will serve as the primary custodian of product integrity and regulatory compliance for our regional operations in Garoua. • Lead internal and external audits to ensure 100% compliance with WHO and national regulatory standards.
• Oversee the validation of laboratory equipment and the calibration of precision instruments used in drug testing.
• Manage the investigation of product deviations, non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure the cold chain integrity of temperature-sensitive biologics.
• Provide strategic leadership to the QC team in performing chemical and microbiological analysis of pharmaceutical batches.

• Expert-level knowledge of GMP, GLP, and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
• Advanced proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance is required, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
