Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will lead the data‑driven marketing function, turning complex data sets into actionable insights that optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to develop measurement frameworks, dashboards, and predictive models. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end analytics strategies for digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Develop and maintain real‑time dashboards using tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses of campaign performance, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling to recommend optimization tactics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test and refine messaging, creative assets, and landing page experiences based on data insights.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs, ensuring statistical significance and actionable outcomes.
- Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and technology vendors, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and best practices to continuously improve Samsung’s marketing analytics capabilities.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong command of SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management expertise, with a track record of delivering analytics projects on time and within scope.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) are highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics sector. Proven experience in leading analytics teams, managing large data sets, and delivering measurable improvements in campaign performance.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and other incentives.
