Job Overview

The Senior Brewing Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end production process at the Kumba brewery, ensuring that every batch meets Heineken’s stringent quality standards, safety protocols, and sustainability targets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment, reducing downtime by at least 15% annually.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in Lean Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency, waste reduction, and energy consumption.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and R&D departments to align raw material availability with production schedules.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics such as yield, OEE, and cost per hectoliter.

Education
