Job Overview

The Senior Hydropower Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and strategic planning of our hydroelectric facilities in the Melong region. This critical role involves managing large-scale technical teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and optimizing water usage for maximum power generation. You will be responsible for the lifecycle management of turbines, generators, and control systems.
