We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Extension Specialist to join our team in Ebolowa, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sustainable agriculture practices among smallholder farmers, improving crop yields, and enhancing the overall sustainability of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture extension programs for smallholder farmers
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on sustainable agriculture practices, including crop rotation, soil conservation, and integrated pest management
- Collaborate with farmers, farmer organizations, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of sustainable agriculture extension programs on crop yields, farmer incomes, and environmental sustainability
- Provide technical support to farmers on sustainable agriculture practices and technologies
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture extension or a related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and technologies
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work with smallholder farmers and other stakeholders
