Job Overview
The E-commerce Catalog Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring our online marketplace remains organized, accurate, and highly searchable. Key Responsibilities
- Audit and update product listings to ensure accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
- Optimize product titles and metadata to improve search engine visibility and internal platform searchability.
- Collaborate with vendors to collect high-quality product imagery and detailed technical data.
- Monitor catalog performance and identify gaps in product categories.
- Ensure all listings comply with company policies and local consumer protection regulations.
- Manage bulk uploads and data cleaning using advanced spreadsheet tools.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace dynamics and SEO principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and French.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is required for this position.
Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital content management, or data entry within a retail environment.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 650,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
