Job Overview
The Quality Control Inspector will play a critical role in our production cycle, ensuring that all raw materials and finished cement products adhere to strict national and international quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine chemical and physical testing on raw materials, including limestone and gypsum.
- Conduct final product testing on finished cement to ensure compliance with SONCAP standards.
- Monitor kiln temperatures and chemical compositions during the manufacturing process.
- Document all test results accurately in the laboratory information management system.
- Identify non-conforming materials and initiate corrective action protocols immediately.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize chemical additives for product consistency.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure precision in all measurements.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in laboratory testing methodologies and chemical analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision.
- Strong communication skills for reporting technical findings to management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industrial monitoring software.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field is mandatory. Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) is highly preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory or quality control setting within a heavy manufacturing or chemical industry is required. Proven experience in cement or construction material testing is a significant advantage.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
