Job Overview
We are seeking a Sustainable Aquaculture Specialist to join our team in Kribi, Cameroon. The successful candidate will work with our research team to develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices in Cameroon.
The Sustainable Aquaculture Specialist will be responsible for conducting research on sustainable aquaculture practices, developing and implementing aquaculture projects, and working with stakeholders to promote sustainable aquaculture in Cameroon.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in aquaculture, fisheries, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in sustainable aquaculture. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on sustainable aquaculture practices in Cameroon
- Develop and implement aquaculture projects that promote sustainable aquaculture practices
- Work with stakeholders to promote sustainable aquaculture in Cameroon
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track the impact of aquaculture projects
- Collaborate with other researchers and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in aquaculture, fisheries, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainable aquaculture
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English and French
