Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that all products manufactured at our Edéa facility meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols for all production lines.
• Conduct regular audits of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with ISO and HACCP standards.
• Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all quality testing and inspection results.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities regarding manufacturing deviations.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to zero-defect manufacturing.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory. Professional certification in Quality Management is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a large-scale manufacturing environment. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a significant advantage.

Salary
