Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Specialist to join our team in Maroua, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our projects and programs in the area of sustainable agriculture.
The Sustainable Agriculture Specialist will work closely with our project teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices and improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to our projects and programs in the area of sustainable agriculture
- Work closely with project teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture practices
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture strategies and plans
- Provide training and capacity-building programs for smallholder farmers and rural communities
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our projects and programs on sustainable agriculture
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, agricultural development, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, technical assistance, and capacity building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and French
