Key Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed economic and financial analyses of cross-border transactions.
• Preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files.
• Assisting clients with transfer pricing audits and tax disputes.
• Performing benchmarking studies using specialized financial databases.
• Advising multinational enterprises on the tax implications of business restructuring.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Cameroonian tax regulations.
• Excellent financial analysis, quantitative modeling, and qualitative research skills.
• Proficiency in using transfer pricing benchmarking databases such as Orbis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Education

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a closely related field.

Experience

A minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, corporate tax, or financial advisory, preferably within a Big 4 firm.
