Job Overview
Unity Technologies Cameroon is seeking a passionate AR/VR Content Developer to design and develop cutting-edge immersive experiences for educational, entertainment, and enterprise applications. This role will focus on creating interactive 3D content tailored to Cameroon’s cultural and technological landscape while aligning with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AR/VR applications using Unity 3D and related tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize immersive content for local and international markets.
- Integrate 3D models, animations, and interactive elements into AR/VR projects.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user engagement.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, or similar game development platforms.
- Experience with AR/VR development tools (e.g., ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia).
- Strong 3D modeling and animation skills using Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (C#, JavaScript) and UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certifications in AR/VR development are a plus.
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in AR/VR content development or related fields.
- Portfolio showcasing previous AR/VR projects.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 XAF per month, commensurate with experience.
