Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

Aircraft Operations & Flight Management

• Operate commercial aircraft safely and efficiently according to flight schedules and operational procedures.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness before departure.
• Monitor aircraft systems and respond appropriately to operational requirements during flights.
• Ensure smooth aircraft takeoff, navigation, and landing while maintaining passenger and crew safety.

Aviation Safety & Compliance

• Follow strict aviation safety standards, airline protocols, and international aviation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with air traffic control instructions and airline operational guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to aviation security, emergency procedures, and safety frameworks.

Flight Planning & Navigation

• Review weather conditions, flight routes, fuel requirements, and operational plans before flights.
• Coordinate with air traffic controllers, engineers, and ground staff to ensure safe travel operations.
• Manage flight navigation systems and aircraft communication technologies effectively.

Passenger & Crew Coordination

• Maintain professional communication with cabin crew and operational teams.
• Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and compliance with onboard regulations.
• Respond efficiently during emergency situations or operational disruptions.

Documentation & Reporting

• Complete required aviation records, operational logs, and safety reports.
• Ensure accurate reporting of technical concerns or flight-related incidents.

Education Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• Master’s Degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, Aerospace Studies, Air Transport Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) required.
• Additional aviation certifications and simulator training will be highly advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of professional flying experience in commercial aviation, airline operations, passenger transport, cargo aviation, or flight operations.
• Proven expertise in operating commercial aircraft and managing flight safety procedures.
• Experience with aviation navigation systems, emergency procedures, airspace regulations, and airline compliance standards preferred.
