MTN Cameroon is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to manage sales operations and increase customer acquisition across Garoua and the Northern Region. The successful candidate will drive growth of MTN’s telecommunications products including voice, mobile data, and mobile money services.
This role requires a proactive sales professional capable of managing distribution channels, building relationships with retail partners, and executing strategic sales campaigns to improve market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage retail distribution networks and dealer relationships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Monitor sales pipeline and territory performance metrics
Coordinate promotional campaigns and product activations
Identify new customer acquisition opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising standards
