Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client readiness assessments and identify digital maturity gaps.
- Develop tailored digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Lead implementation of emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, and IoT.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and change management programs.
- Collaborate with PwC’s analytics and cybersecurity teams to ensure integrated solutions.
