Job Overview
The Senior Aviation Safety Inspector will be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections of our aircraft, crew, and operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company safety standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation safety, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Senior Aviation Safety Inspector will also be responsible for identifying and reporting safety hazards, conducting investigations into safety incidents, and developing and implementing safety procedures and policies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including pilots, cabin crew, maintenance personnel, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections of aircraft, crew, and operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company safety standards
- Identify and report safety hazards, and conduct investigations into safety incidents
- Develop and implement safety procedures and policies
- Work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including pilots, cabin crew, maintenance personnel, and regulatory authorities
- Provide training and guidance to crew and maintenance personnel on safety procedures and policies
Required Skills
- Strong background in aviation safety, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a safety-related role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and company safety standards
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as aviation safety, aeronautical engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the aviation industry.
