Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team in Buea, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of renewable energy projects in Cameroon, with a focus on wind and solar energy.
The Renewable Energy Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, renewable energy, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of renewable energy projects in Cameroon
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, local communities, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or environmental science
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including wind and solar energy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
