Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Avionics Systems Engineer to join our specialized technical team in Douala. This role is critical to the development, integration, and testing of advanced electronic systems used in modern aircraft. You will be responsible for ensuring that the complex electronic brains of our aircraft—ranging from navigation and communication to flight control systems—operate with absolute precision and reliability. This is a high-stakes position that requires a deep understanding of signal processing, hardware-software integration, and safety-critical systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and integrate complex avionics architectures for next-generation aircraft systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues during the development phase.
- Ensure all designs comply with international aviation safety standards and regulations.

Required Skills
- Expertise in embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Proficiency in modeling tools such as MATLAB and Simulink.
- Deep understanding of communication protocols like ARINC 429 and AFDX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent technical communication skills in English and French.
Education
A Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Certification in Systems Engineering (INCOSE) is highly preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in avionics systems design or aerospace electronics integration is required. Proven experience in safety-critical software development is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,500,000 to 7,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
