Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead our technical design and analysis teams in Bertoua. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced structural analysis and design for complex civil engineering projects using modern software tools.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material requirements to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Lead a team of junior engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

Education

A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized international university is mandatory. Professional accreditation or licensure as a Chartered Engineer is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in structural design and analysis, preferably within a large-scale construction or infrastructure firm. Proven experience in managing complex projects from the design phase through to completion is essential. Salary
