We are seeking a Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Yaoundé, Cameroon. As a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
You will work closely with our subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create engaging and effective digital learning content. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and testing to ensure that our digital learning experiences meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure that our digital learning experiences meet the needs of our customers
- Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to create engaging and effective digital learning content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital learning experiences are aligned with our business goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital learning design and development
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Experience with digital learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Excellent communication and project management skills
