Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mining site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage risks and optimize performance, in collaboration with the operations team
- Develop and implement environmental management plans, in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities and regulatory bodies, to promote sustainable and responsible mining practices
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on sustainability and environmental management
- Strong understanding of the mining industry, as well as sustainable and responsible mining practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage risks and optimize performance
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Experience
5 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on sustainability and environmental management
