Job Overview
As a Sustainable Cocoa Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing sustainable cocoa supply chain practices in Cameroon. You will work closely with local farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure that our cocoa supply chain is environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, and economically viable. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers and their communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable cocoa supply chain practices in Cameroon
- Work closely with local farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, and economically viable cocoa production
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers and their communities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of sustainable cocoa supply chain practices
- Monitor and report on progress towards sustainable cocoa supply chain goals and objectives
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, supply chain management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable cocoa production and supply chain management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, supply chain management, or related field
