Job Overview

Cameroon Job Search is pleased to announce a job vacancy for a Sustainable Cocoa Farming Specialist in Mbalmayo, Cameroon. The successful candidate will work with Cargill’s sustainability team to develop and implement sustainable cocoa farming practices in Cameroon.

The Sustainable Cocoa Farming Specialist will be responsible for working with cocoa farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable cocoa production practices, improve yields, and enhance the livelihoods of cocoa farmers. The specialist will also work with Cargill’s procurement team to source high-quality cocoa beans from sustainable sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable cocoa farming practices in Cameroon
  • Work with cocoa farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable cocoa production practices
  • Improve yields and enhance the livelihoods of cocoa farmers
  • Work with Cargill’s procurement team to source high-quality cocoa beans from sustainable sources

Required Skills
