Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in Ebolowa, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance to the business, and driving business growth through financial insights.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing financial guidance to the business, identifying areas for cost savings, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to the business
- Provide financial guidance to the business, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance to the business
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the business, finance, and other functions
Required Skills

- 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
