Job Overview

McGraw-Hill Education Cameroon seeks a dynamic EdTech Curriculum Designer to lead the development of innovative digital learning materials for K-12 and higher education. This role combines pedagogical expertise with technology to create engaging, culturally relevant content aligned with national standards. The position is based in Nkongsamba, a hub for educational innovation in Cameroon’s Centre Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using McGraw-Hill’s digital authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to align curricula with Cameroon’s national education framework.
  • Integrate AI-powered adaptive learning features into course materials.
  • Conduct user testing with educators and students to refine content effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on global EdTech trends and incorporate best practices into curriculum design.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in educational content development for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

Salary
