Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hydroelectric Power Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hydroelectric power plant in Bafia, Cameroon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant, as well as managing a team of operators and maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hydroelectric power plant, including monitoring plant performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage a team of operators and maintenance personnel, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal plant performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and reliable energy supply
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in hydroelectric power plant operations or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of hydroelectric power plant operations and maintenance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
