Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solid waste management strategies aligned with environmental regulations.
• Conduct waste audits and assess current waste streams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with local governments to develop waste segregation and recycling programs.
• Monitor waste treatment facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide training to communities on sustainable waste disposal practices.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders on waste management performance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in solid waste management or environmental consulting.
• Strong knowledge of waste treatment technologies and recycling processes.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.

• Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Education
