Job Overview
IBM Cameroon seeks a Digital Governance Analyst to lead initiatives that integrate digital tools into public policy frameworks. This role will focus on designing governance strategies that leverage emerging technologies to improve public service delivery, ensure data privacy compliance, and foster digital inclusion across Cameroon. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital governance frameworks aligned with national policy objectives
- Analyze public sector data to identify governance gaps and recommend technology-driven solutions
- Collaborate with government agencies to design e-governance platforms and digital service models
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to promote digital literacy and policy adoption
- Monitor global digital governance trends and adapt best practices to the Cameroonian context
Required Skills
- Expertise in digital governance, public policy, or regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in public-private partnerships and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and data protection regulations
- Fluency in English and French (preferred)
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or Information Technology
- Master’s Degree in Digital Governance or Public Policy (preferred)
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital governance, public policy, or related fields
- Proven track record in implementing technology solutions for public sector challenges
Salary
2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
