Job Overview

The Curriculum Development Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum frameworks that meet international standards and reflect local cultural relevance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update curriculum maps for all grade levels, ensuring alignment with national standards and international best practices.
• Conduct needs analyses and stakeholder consultations to identify gaps and opportunities in existing programs.
• Design instructional resources, lesson plans, and assessment tools that promote critical thinking and creativity.
• Provide professional development workshops and coaching sessions for teachers on curriculum implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis, student performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of curriculum design models such as Understanding by Design (UbD) and International Baccalaureate frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and research abilities to interpret educational data.

Education

A Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, Instructional Design, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates with additional certifications in educational leadership or international curricula are highly regarded.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic coordination within primary or secondary education settings. Experience in bilingual or multilingual schools is an advantage.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from 800,000 to 1,200,000 SSP, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary reviews are conducted annually.
